I think, but I’m ame expert on the subject, the issue here is that Windows 10 doesn’t properly recognize your graphics card. You will have to system restore if this happens, otherwise subsequent install attempts will invariably fail.
I suppose the following steps should also work for graphics card considered legacy now for desktops.

I think this ‘solution’ did what it said, disable the PCI-E slot meaning that it cant initiate and initiate the graphics card in the slot which would allow Windows to find out what is actually in that slot.
